I’m afraid all my ice-cream sundaes got eaten up immediately and have all gone! It was a brilliant ending to the barbeque, and so I’d definitely recommend it for any barbeques you go to over the Summer holidays!

I heard all about your Family Workshop, and how you chose some brilliant activiites and games for all your parents and family members to try out – I’m so glad you tried out the Paperclip activity with them! My Gran did it when she came to my HF4U Family Workshop a few years ago, and she loved it! She couldn’t believe it was happening and thought there was some kind of clever trick involved! But then my teacher explained it’s all about your brain believing it’s possible, and she was really amazed!

You in fact did my favourite HF4U game as part of your Family Workshop too – the Headband Game! I love playing it because it’s different every time! The last time I played it, I was something I’d never been before – the Mechanic! It took me ages to guess too, because when I asked my partner whether I wore a uniform, he said ’sort of’ which really confused me! But I got there in the end!

I’m amazed that Morgan’s Mum did the jigsaw so quickly – that’s incredibly fast, so well done to her! I love how all the parents get really competitive about things! Much more than the children!

I noticed you asked for a photograph of me! I tend to be really camera-shy so in almost all pictures of me I’m either really far away, or the photo is of my back or just part of my face!! I’ll have to have a look and see if I can find one for you!

Secondly, I’m really pleased you had a good visit to the University of Salford – I hope you had a brilliant time investigating around the campus, and doing the Media lesson all about film-making! My favourite activity is coming up with ideas for your very own movie, because you can really let your imagination run wild!

Thanks for all your brilliant comments on the blog – I’m so glad you all enjoyed your World of Work trip to Frankie & Benny’s! It’s one of my favourite WOW trips because it involves making (and eating!!) pizza! And you get to learn some really interesting stuff about how they make so many pizzas every day – they have an absolutely massive oven that gets as hot as 300 degrees! That means that if you turn it off at night, and then come back to work the next morning, it will still be hot enough to turn bread into toast!! Wow!

I’m really pleased you’re having fun doing HF4U, and coming up with some brilliant dream jobs for the future! My dream job is to be a chef, and to own my own restaurant! Maybe one day I’ll even have several restaurants all round the world – that way I’ll also get to travel to some really cool places, and make some amazing different kinds of food!

I want to say I loved the day out at Frankie and Benny’s – it was great! Paige thought it was great too – she really liked it when we were doing the interview. She got her job of being a hairdresser and I got my job as being a vet and having a job at the RSPCA! What kind of job do you want to have when you’re older? We both can’t wait for graduation! Hope we see you soon!

My class has loved HF4U and the trips. Are you going to stick to HF4U?
Frankie and Benny’s was brilliant – we loved the pizzas and also loved making cocktails. They were really nice. When you are older what would you like to be?
In class we did our own CVs and did an interview with each other – it was so funny. We all decided what we would like to be when we are older – my classmate Jess would like to be an actress when she is older and my other mates would like to be air-hostesses like me! Some others would like to be all different interesting things like an architect and beautician. We would like to tell you more but we have to go now – bye!!
