Aims and Objectives
The aims of HF4U are to:
- Increase motivation and enthusiasm for learning in everybody that takes part in the programme
- Give pupils the ability to view all of their talents and skills as intelligence
- Raise aspirations which will facilitate improved choices in the future.
- Help pupils see the link between effort and achievement, illustrating cause and effect
- Raise awareness and aspirations towards higher and further education, as well as improve employment optimisms
